Who is this for?

Looking for something a little more tailored? Something that is designed your your goals, your body and your current needs? Perhaps you are exercising for the first time or need some guidance on an injury. Our coaches work with clients all over the world, including the UK, France, Spain and the US. We work with clients at all levels of fitness, including pre and post natal women, working professionals and young athletes.

Personal Training with Body Bond Online is great for those of you who want something more specific, like technique, injury rehabilitation or aesthetics. Having somebody work through movement patterns to ensure you are working to your maximum can help reduce injury and amplify your progression.

What is included?

Upon enrolling in Personal Training sessions, there will be a consultation, movement assessment and ‘forward-planning’ session. Each of these will help us to determine where you are currently at and where you want to work towards, setting goals and strategies to help ensure that you stay on track.

-Guidance and programming for the session time booked.

-Support, advice and accountability via WhatsApp and email.

-Programming for your workouts outside of the guided session time. 

-Complimentary access to the Body Bond Online Platform.
