We will work together to get you feeling like yourself again, through online classes, workshops and daily accountability.

So you can stop drifting through your days feeling stuck and in freeze mode, and start putting the focus back on feeling healthy and full of vitality!

14-Day Balance Challenge

Inspired by the rituals of Bali
6th-19th October

Because you are unique (and that is a wonderful thing), I will provide options to tailor your challenge to suit your needs.

Because not everyone is in the right headspace to take a million classes, drink spring water from the mountains and walk 45,000 steps a day.

Sometimes, simplicity and slowing down might be the key.

Once you have signed up, I will send over details on how to tailor this challenge to suit you (plus, I can help you choose what is right for you!)

FAQs

  • YES! We have over 120 videos on the platform ranging from 10 minutes all the way up to 60 minutes. Please plan which classes you want to take and track them so you know when you have achieved what you set out to do!

  • YES! Barre is beginner friendly and our Instructors are expert at ensuring all levels are challenged and supported during classes! All classes are shown in your time zone, wherever you are in the world. All classes are beginner friendly apart from BarreHR, which I would only look to do after completing 5 or more Barre classes.

    Also, please remember that we don’t just do barre- we also have classes in pilates, trx, strength, flexibility, breathwork and more!!

  • If you have a mat, chair, two light weights and resistance bands, this is the most ideal set up! We often use a ball but you can use a cushion or a soft toy, and then a block but you can substitute this for a book! If you do not have any of the above, you will still have a great class and we will help you get a great workout, even without the props.

  • Absolutely not. All expert workshops are included in the price of your 14 Day pack/ Membership.

  • Yes! Most of our live classes get recorded and loaded up onto the platform. However, we do recommend that you attend live classes for support and technique corrections!

  • You will feel more in control of your life and your time. Chances are, your body will feel great- less pain and more capable. You will also have a better perspective of your needs, and have habits/ rituals to help you stay on top of your self care.

    Outside of this, of course you will feel fitter, stronger and more flexible!

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to do the challenge with somebody as you will have a greater sense of accountability.

    Each person who joins the challenge will need a membership, so ensure that they are signed up on the platform.
