We'll kick things off with a feel-good Barre & Pilates rooftop workout, followed by a rejuvenating deep stretch, all set against panoramic views of the River Thames.
Whether you're coming for the sweat, the stretch, or the sunshine, this is your chance to move, breathe, and vibe in a stunning setting. Come solo or bring a friend- everyone’s welcome!
