Join us at Lift Islington- a bright, modern studio just minutes from Angel Station, overlooking Angel and St Pancras.
We'll kick things off with an energising, feel-good workout in the studio, followed by a deep, restorative stretch. After class, take in the summer air and city views from the rooftop- perfect for chilling, connecting, and soaking up the vibe.
Whether you're coming for the sweat, the stretch, or the skyline, this is your space to move, breathe, and unwind.
Come solo or bring a friend- everyone’s welcome!
